We exclusively develop an organic agriculture that favours and maintains the soil’s fertility and recycles the waste from the process of obtaining the oil (Olive pomace and vegetable water). This allows that it returns to the soil, therefore closing the productive cycle, which is the basis of sustainability of the organic systems. This also allows the coexistence of weeds which fundamentally help control plagues and diseases. The result is more nutritious food, with less water and no chemical additives.  To validate our organic product, we have the international certification of IMO (Institute for Marketecology) from Switzeland.
